Nigiri Chojiro held a limited-time "Autumn Season x Komo 1st Edition," offering dishes featuring the plump and delicious Sakura-dai (cherry blossom sea bream) and exquisite grilled mackerel with a fragrant, fatty aroma. A la carte dishes included local Tohoku cuisine, such as "Kiritanpo Hot Pot" and "Sasakamaboko," which evoke the atmosphere of Akita and Miyagi. The restaurant also offered a luxurious "Apple and Custard Parfait," packed with autumn flavors such as apple compote, berries, and candied chestnuts.
Regarding store openings and closures, the SATO DON Cosmo Bazaar store (Thailand) opened on September 19th and closed two stores, bringing the total number of stores in the group to 790 as of the end of September.
