Washoku Sato revised its grand menu on Thursday, October 6th, and conducted promotions such as inserts and TV commercials to coincide with the revision. As a result, sales of the new all-you-can-eat sukiyaki dish "Sato Suki" increased, and average customer spending increased by approximately 3% compared to the previous year, contributing to increased sales.
Nigiri Chojiro held a fair featuring seasonal ingredients such as live whelks and Spanish mackerel as the first part of its "Autumn Treasure Box" on Thursday, September 27th, which has been well received.
Regarding store openings, we opened "Santen Kawaguchi Doai Store" (Saitama Prefecture) on Wednesday, October 5th, "Santen Aeon Mall Yono Store" (Saitama Prefecture) on Thursday, October 20th, "Katsuya Sakai Chuo Kanjo Store (FC)" (Osaka Prefecture) on Friday, October 21st, "Santen Sakai Toyota Store" (Osaka Prefecture) and "Nigiri Chojiro Nara Ichibun Store" (Nara Prefecture) on Thursday, October 27th, and closed "Sushihan Hozenji Main Store" on Monday, October 3rd and "Miyakojin Ichijoji Store (FC)" on Sunday, October 23rd, bringing the total number of stores in the group to 431.
